Think about how people pick a business here today. Someone stopped at a gas station on Catawba Avenue, or stuck on a dock with an outboard that refuses to start, grabs a phone and searches. Three or four sites each get a few seconds. Whichever loads instantly and answers the question wins the call.
Those few seconds are our design brief. An opening screen that states plainly what you do and where. A call button that follows the visitor down the page. Its own page for every service, so someone searching dock repair lands on dock repair instead of a homepage that tries to cover everything.
Included with each build
- An original design in your colors with your own photos, never a template with your logo dropped in.
- A dedicated page for each main service, shaped around the phrases people type.
- Designed for phones first, with a tap-to-call button everywhere.
- Launch-day search basics: page titles, descriptions, structured data, a sitemap and Search Console.
- A quote form we test by sending real messages through it before you get the keys.
- Call and form tracking that shows what the site is producing.
Why hand-coding helps you
Most small-business sites ride on a theme or a site builder. That's fine until it isn't: a homepage that drags, a layout that breaks after an automatic change, a login page that attracts bots overnight. Ours are simple files written by hand. Attackers find little to poke at, you have nothing to babysit, and pages stay fast even on one weak bar by the water.
Your part
One thirty-minute kickoff call, your logo, whatever photos of your work you have, and prompt answers when drafts show up. Roger drafts all the wording from that call, so there's no blank page staring back at you. Each build includes three revision rounds; a fourth can be added, and you'll hear the cost before it starts.
Case in point
A breeder near Lake Tillery came to us with a handful of sparse pages. The new site runs sixteen pages, opens with families' comments about their puppies and collects waitlist sign-ups for every litter. Read about the project.
What it costs
Every build is quoted on paper before work starts, and the pricing and free quotes page explains what moves that number. Once it's live, your site is kept on one of our hosting and care plans.

Web design questions
1Could you repair my current site instead?
Sometimes, and Roger will tell you when that's the cheaper path. If your site is trapped in a builder that fights every edit, rebuilding tends to cost less over two or three years than endless patching.
2Will I have to write the content?
No. Roger drafts it from the kickoff conversation and whatever you send over. You read it, fix anything that's wrong and sign off.
3Can I edit it myself later?
You're welcome to, but there's no need. Care plan clients send the change by text or email. A whole new page gets quoted first, so you know the cost before work begins.
